NatureClarified helps readers understand natural ingredients and products without flattening the evidence into a yes or no answer. We care more about showing what is known than sounding certain.

How we research

We look first for primary research, systematic reviews, government guidance, and established medical references. We distinguish evidence in people from laboratory or animal research. Traditional use can add useful context, but it is not presented as proof of a health effect.

How we write about evidence

Articles should make the limits visible. We identify the population studied, the form and dose of an ingredient when relevant, and important gaps in the research. Early findings are described as early findings. Association is not described as causation.

Safety and medical information

The site provides general education, not personal medical advice. Natural does not automatically mean safe. Coverage of an ingredient should include known cautions, interactions, and reasons to speak with a qualified clinician when those details matter.

Products and commercial relationships

Product reviews state how an item was obtained. If a page contains affiliate links or paid placement, it will say so clearly. Commercial relationships do not change the evidence standard or guarantee a favorable conclusion.
